Essay 1: Please explain why you are applying to the BA minor in Public Policy. In particular, how will the minor provide you with perspectives and skills that will enrich your current course of study and prepare you for your future plans? (300 words)

Essay 2: Write a brief essay about a current issue that you care about (e.g., climate change, the criminal justice system, K–12 education, science and technology, youth mental health, firearm violence, etc.), focusing on how public policy is important to understanding and addressing this issue. Be sure to include at least one example of a public policy approach that you think could help address this issue and explain why you think that. (300 words)
